在本次施工中，KR300C 旋挖鉆機(jī)面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。清萊府作為泰國北部山區(qū)府份，地形復(fù)雜多樣。這里的山地是中國云貴高原怒山山脈的延伸，由北至南縱貫全境。平原地區(qū)如美賽、美索等地，大小河流縱橫交錯(cuò)，地下水位較高。施工區(qū)域的地質(zhì)條件也較為復(fù)雜，給打樁作業(yè)帶來了一定難度。為應(yīng)對這些挑戰(zhàn)，泰信泰國施工團(tuán)隊(duì)采用了針對性的施工工法。樁孔孔徑設(shè)計(jì)為 1 米，使用截齒雙底撈沙斗，這種鉆具能夠適應(yīng)不同地質(zhì)條件，有效提高鉆孔效率。在面對復(fù)雜地質(zhì)和較高地下水位時(shí)，施工團(tuán)隊(duì)利用打拔機(jī)下 6 米的護(hù)筒，以保障孔壁穩(wěn)定，防止塌孔事故發(fā)生。經(jīng)過精準(zhǔn)操作，鉆孔深度最終成功達(dá)到 39.4 米。

During this construction project, the KR300C rotary drilling rig faced numerous challenges. Chiang Rai Province, located in the northern mountainous region of Thailand, has a complex and diverse terrain. The mountainous areas here are an extension of the Nu Shan Mountain Range in China's Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, running from north to south throughout the province. In the plain areas such as Mae Sai and Mae Sot, numerous rivers crisscross and the groundwater level is relatively high. The geological conditions in the construction area are also rather complex, posing certain difficulties for pile driving operations. To address these challenges, the Tysim Thailand construction team adopted targeted construction methods. The diameter of the pile holes was designed to be 1 meter, and a double-bottom bucket with cutting teeth was used. This type of drilling tool can adapt to different geological conditions and effectively improve drilling efficiency. When encountering complex geological conditions and a high groundwater level, the construction team used a driving and extracting machine to install a 6-meter casing to ensure the stability of the hole wall and prevent hole collapse accidents. Through precise operation, the final drilling depth successfully reached 39.4 meters.
